Tuesday, February 7, 2023 Bookstore Charges Close at 5pm for both in-store and online purchases/returns*
Monday, February 13, 2023 Fall Financial Aid Disbursements Begin**
Friday, March 31, 2023 Last day to drop and receive a “W”***
Tuesday, April 4, 2023 Fall Registration Begins
Friday, May 5, 2023 Classes End
Monday, May 8, 2023 to Thursday, May 11, 2023 Exam Week-14 Week Courses
Friday, May 12, 2023 Graduation
Monday, May 15, 2023 Grades Available Online for Students

* Please make sure to charges and returns by this date.

** The first refunds for each semester will begin on these days. There are multiple categories of financial aid that will be refunded and it may take a few days for refunds to be completed. After the initial batch of refunds, subsequent refunds will be completed bi-weekly. If you are enrolled in late starting classes, your refund will be held until after the last day to drop with a refund for your last starting class.

*** If you are thinking of withdrawing from a class or class(es) please contact the Financial Aid Office to discuss the impacts that it may have on your account included but not limited to a debt owed to the school.
