The Access to Community College Education (ACCE) program provides tuition assistance for up to two years (maximum of 60 credits) to eligible high school and home school graduates living in the Counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski, and the City of Radford who are entering NRCC in the fall semester following their high school graduation.
The NRCC admission application must be completed before submitting the ACCE application, as applicants are required to include their NRCC Student ID number (also referred to as an EMPLID) on the ACCE application. The NRCC Student ID number will be displayed after the application is successfully submitted.
