Additional factors that may be considered include:
Work experience in a higher education setting or counseling or academic coaching.
Work experience assessing the skills, needs, and interests of adult learners.
Bachelor's degree.
Assist prospective students from the point of inquiry to class completion.
Support students through their academic and/or workforce-credentialing journey.
Utilize available student resources (food pantry, loaner computers, transportation, etc.).
Collaborate with the development of marketing and informational materials for student recruitment.
Evaluate the effectiveness of developmental programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide guidance and support for both students and staff.
Actively participate with community outreach events.
Contribute to the success of the Adult Learning Center team.
$22.20 per hour
