Staff
Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or similar field.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with grounds maintenance tools and equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor.
Additional factors that may be considered include:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and other outdoor campus areas.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Perform seasonal tasks, including leaf removal and snow/ice clearing.
Assist with campus event setup and takedown as needed.
Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report maintenance issues.
Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Follow all safety procedures and campus policies.
