2. Guaranteed Admission Program: Students who first earn an associate degree at New River Community College and meet GPA and other requirements, are guaranteed admission to more than 30 public and private four-year colleges and universities in Virginia. http://www.nr.edu/transfer/

3. Transfer Grant Fund: Qualifying students who complete an associate degree at New River Community College and then transfer to a participating Virginia four-year college or university may receive a grant fund of up to $3,000 annually. https://www.vawizard.org/wizard/transferGrant

4. Fewer Loans: Because Virginia's Community Colleges are so affordable, 86% of students do not need to obtain loans to cover tuition!
