Image of Aileen Fletcher in a floral top, outside, holding a long lensed camera to her chest

In 2010, after planning to retire from full time teaching at NRCC, I bought a small house on Childress Road to use for a studio. I don't do weddings and portraits but concentrate on local landscapes, flowers, still life and buildings. I also enter juried shows. I have participated in juried shows at:

Work
Image of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the vantage of a field, misty fog crawling through the trees in front of the mountains
Image of an old, log lookout cabin with zig zag plank stacked fencing surrounding it, perspective from behing the house looking through the trees to a beautiful mountain view
