The online courses offered in partnership with Ed2Go are instructor-facilitated. These courses are informative, fun, convenient and highly interactive. The instructors are known for their ability to create warm and supportive communities of learners. All courses run for six weeks. Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links and more. Students have the option of completing these courses entirely from home or work and at any time of the day or night.
In collaboration with JER Online (JER), NRCC Workforce Development offers online career training courses designed to provide the skills necessary for today’s high-demand occupations. The JER Online program features high-quality instructor-led as well as self-directed online courses and certificate programs. The sustainable development of new technologies that address environmental issues and policies requires a wide variety of training. Both general, informational courses and technical certificates are included in our online catalog. Many of the programs listed are approved by governing bodies such as the US Green Building Council and meet stringent development requirements. Courses are geared for anytime, anywhere learning and application.

Eastern Washington University’s Office of Continuing Education and the QPR Institute have teamed up with JER Online (http://jeronline.com) to offer one of the first online suicide prevention training programs in the United States. Students and working professionals can register to take the courses through any one of JER Online’s Continuing Workforce Education partners. QPR is the recognized national model for suicide prevention work.
