New River Community College’s Educational Foundation will host four parent information sessions about the Montgomery County Access to Community College Education program beginning next week.
The first session will be held at Eastern Montgomery High School on Thursday, Sept. 7, at 6:45 p.m.
The second session will be at Christiansburg High School on Monday, Sept. 25, at 6:30 p.m.
The third session will be held at Auburn High School on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 6:30 p.m.
The final session will be at Blacksburg High School on Tuesday, Oct. 3, at 6:30 p.m.
The information sessions are for parents and guardians of students who will graduate in spring 2018 from Eastern Montgomery, Christiansburg, Auburn and Blacksburg High Schools, and any private school or home-school within Montgomery County. The same information will be presented at each session and interested parents and guardians are invited to attend whichever session is most convenient.
ACCE is an economic development public/private partnership that provides the opportunity for Montgomery County graduates to attend New River Community College tuition-free for two years.
