Registration for summer and fall classes is now in progress at New River Community College.
More than 200 classes are being offered for the summer session, which begins on Monday, May 23. Offerings include classes in accounting, air conditioning, 3-D printing, engineering, welding and more.
Fall semester begins on Monday, August 22, with more than 650 classes offered. As well as transfer and technical program area offerings, courses of interest to the general public are offered: world languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Spanish; World War II; yoga; the history of jazz; rock climbing and rappelling; digital photography; motorcycle safety; religions of the world and more.
