NetLibrary is a virtual library that provides access to thousands of fulltext electronic books (e-books) and resource materials. NRCC's library provides access to approximately 20,000 of these materials (16,500 copyrighted titles and over 3,400 public domain titles). These e-books are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with Internet access. This collection also provides the capability of keyword searching within an individual book or the entire collection. Books may be read and searched online. Specific pages may then be printed for research purposes
