Business Source Complete contains full-text articles from several accounting journals.

MasterFILE Premier contains full-text articles from several accounting journals.

Web Sites

SmartPros Accounting, a complete online resource for accountants, features a Research Library with tax and financial listings from state, federal, and international institutions, a directory of U.S. accounting firms, selected full-text articles, job postings, and much more.

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (AICPA) includes career information, fraud studies and deterrence measures, audit standards, professional ethics, information about the CPA exam, and links to state board requirements and local chapters.

The American Accounting Association promotes worldwide excellence in accounting education, research and practice.

FASB: Financial Accounting Standards Board includes the full text of current FASB Statements of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS).

IRS.com is a commercial site with information on federal, state, and local taxes. Answers to general questions and links to state and local sites are included .

National Association of State Boards of Accountancy includes a directory to state boards of accountancy, CPA exam schedule and requirements and other publications by the Association.

Rutger's Accounting Resources provides information and services for accountants and links to valuable resources available on the Internet.
