The purpose of the Job Placement Services department is to enhance the quality of the New River Valley's workforce. Job Placement Services assists New River Community College students and alumni with the career search process, while working with various employers to advertise their vacant positions. JPS has partnered with Experience eRecruiting to bring our students and alumni an online system for searching local, regional and national job and internship/co-op opportunities and the ability to post resumes for employers to view.
