NRCC's
Work Keys Center addresses training needs of business and
industry and helps build a certified workforce in the New
River Valley. The center provides non-credit workforce services,
which include:
Profiling
(job analysis) to determine the skill requirements of
jobs.
Skill
assessment to determine the current skills of individuals.
Targeted
training to assist individuals in improving their skills.
