UPDATE: The Preludes by Dmitri Kabalevsky and the
Incantations from the Popol Vuh by Kent Holliday were
recognized and received semi-finalist status in the 2004
International Web Concert Hall Competition. Sixty-seven
musicians representing nine nations participated in this
world-wide competition. Louise Billaud was honored as
