Randolph Park, Dublin, Va. is our HOME FIELD where the softball team holds practices and plays home games. The park can be reached from the NRCC campus in Dublin two different ways: 1. From the NRCC Route 100 entrance, turn right and head north until you reach the stop light where McDonald’s is located. (If you pass the interstate you went too far.) Turn RIGHT onto Alexander Road and follow it past Walmart to Randloph Park which is on the RIGHT. The softball fields are in the center of a circular road there. We typically park in the back lot and use Field Number 2. 2. From the NRCC Route 11 entrance, turn RIGHT and head south to the stoplight at Cougar Trail Road. Turn LEFT here and follow it past the high school (watch your speed limits), to the light at the Volvo Plant entrance. Turn LEFT onto Alexander Drive and follow it to Randolph park, which will be on the LEFT. The softball fields are in the center of a circular road there. We typically park in the back lot and use Field Number 2. PRACTICES are Tuesdays and Thursdays From 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Players should wear athletic clothing siutable for the outside temperature, a glove, softball, a water bottle, a bat, and a batting helmet if you have one. Those interested in joining the team should contact Coach Epperly at email@example.com or the student activities office. Go Lady Knights!
